If you plan on renting from us this summer and its your first time on a boat, no need to be nervous. We recommend Pontoons for your first time. Our Pontoons are basic and easy to handle.

Here at Einsteins we go over proper procedures and instructions to ensure a fun and safe trip. Our friendly staff will fill you with knowledge before taking the helm!

The U.S. Coast Guard offers a free Boating Safety Course. This Course is required for anyone born on or after September 1st, 1993. Although we do recommend this to anyone who has not boated before.

Here are a few tips for first time boaters:

Sudden changes in weather can happen, pack extra clothes and dress according to weather.

(Ditch the Heels and dress casual!)

Always wear your life jacket. Children 13 and under are required to wear their life jackets at all times.

The sun is most powerful when reflected off water. When on the lake, frequently apply sunscreen to avoid any painful sunburns.

Do Not Drink & Drive. Boating Regulations must be carefully followed.

Avoid over loading your boat. Bring key essentials and find the balance between what you should and shouldn’t bring.

This is the most important tip of all…Sit back, relax and Unplug yourself from life’s daily routines!
